Laima Pakstas rushed completing closing documents that then needed to be adjusted and resubmitted afterward. Which, of course, required a back and forth redundancy causing delays and putting the onus on the client (me) to schedule a lawyer/notary appointment within a tight timeline. Finally, on the closing day, Laima was indifferent. First, she blamed the buyer for the delay in transfer of funds. Which, of course, delayed the sending of the wire transfer. Then, there was a typo in the spelling of my last name on the wire transfer. That says it all in a nutshell. Therefore, I would not reccomend Dogwood Law Corporation.
